*Liam Fan you do need encouragement it helps you to maintain your goal. Don't give up. Every day is a new start. We can encouage each other. Wolf_Angel the same with you. If you fall off of that goal you set just begin again.

Think of the loss as they say.. 5#s is like a 5# bag of potatoes. 1# is like a # of sugar. Each 1# adds up.. We can do this together. Don't think of it as a diet, rather a change towards a healtier life style.

** Please don't set the whole weight loss, but a weight loss of say 10#s ... when you reach that do something nice for you.. ( not food wise lol)
Then start towards the next goal. It won't seem insurmountable that way..... **Good Luck together we can achieve this.... ^5 **
