Exercises has lots of categories and these are in lots of groups, cardio, workout, simple workpit, workoput at home and at gym. I like and prefer Cardio the kost because these are easy and low cost, no need to pay anything. Swimming is one of the best cardio exercise and helps you to reduce weight and belly fat.
