Finally,.. think the worst is over...the fire has pasted us and hopefully those brave fire fighters will have it all out soon..

Yes, and in the midst of all that fire those fire fighters risking their lives, for the safety of others. Bless them. Hope they get home safely to their loved ones.

I know some people will say, "Well that's their job".. and they are right it is. However they need to think, where would we be if fire fighters, police men/women didn't put their lives on the line for everyone.

Bless them all. Take the time when you see one to thank them. I do often.

Yay the boards have been released from the kidnappers! Or Addie paid the bill <G> finally!

Not being able to get to the boards for almost two weeks was a tad unnerving.

Glad to see everything here again - just seems not quite right though...took me to first page when I wanted to post here not like usual where it takes you to last post...so maybe still some problems to overcome.

Two WEEKS? Not from sunny California!

There were two outages for a couple of days each, about two weeks apart. Tiffin, you must have picked the absolute wrong time to try and visit. Perhaps you should stop in more often. <g>

There shouldn't be any glitches in the boards. Our website host was performing a data move which has nothing to do with the boards themselves.

Keep clicking around. Perhaps it's just been so long since you've been here that the boards didn't recognize you. <g>

Just for all to know - I visit the boards DAILY to read the various posts - some days there are not any new posts and some days there are several. I don?t sign in unless I am going to post which isn?t often I must admit, but I do enjoy reading everyone comments.

As to my statement about the problem?Each folder will be highlighted in Yellow if there is a post (at least on my computer its yellow but now Addie may say it?s a different color) then when you are taken to that folder and then on the right hand side of what ever the folder is a little (again YELLOW) arrow that if you click on will take you generally to the LAST POST.

Yesterday when I was able to get to the Message Boards none of the folders had any High Lighted folders or arrows either as viewing as a Guest or as a Member. The Message Boards where the ONLY Area I could not be taken to for the last several days (Friday thru Tuesday oops that?s only 5 days of this week) then Last week ummm I believe from the 2nd to the 6th oops another 5 days)- yes not actually two weeks at one time but seemed like it because of the two different down times the boards did experience. I am sorry for going overboard on time frame <G> I just alerting you about the problem. Each down time of the Total boards seem to be different glitches. And maybe there were just in this neck of the woods <G>.

The problem is today corrected so No big deal. But maybe if you all knew I do visit daily you might remember that little point <G> and not be so quick to say ?IF I visited more often? because you don?t know what each of us does out of habit and enjoyment. Now if you say, ?If I posted more often? I could really get a good laugh <G> cause that?s not anything I enjoy.

I can't explain why the boards weren't taking you to the newest post. Just a ghost in the machine I would imagine. As long as it seems to have fixed itself, then yea!!!

My post about the data move was to let people know that there wasn't a software problem with the boards. They hadn't crashed and we weren't going to lose anything, and most importantly, there was no crash imminent, like the good old days. <g>

Now that I've said that though.....
