Exercise has a lot of benefits and we must do it daily because it has the good benefits like
Reduce the risk of developing diabetes,
Reduce or maintain body weight or body fat,
Build and maintain healthy muscles, bones, and joints,

Lost the weight I did to get diabetes...mine is genetics btw. Now want to finish the weight loss but nothing is working as of now.

Exercises has lots of categories and these are in lots of groups, cardio, workout, simple workpit, workoput at home and at gym. I like and prefer Cardio the kost because these are easy and low cost, no need to pay anything. Swimming is one of the best cardio exercise and helps you to reduce weight and belly fat.

Its depends on our move and work of nature we normally do in our houses.I do my house work daily and do my exercise either in the morning.Physical work outs are very important for our health and keeps us healthy,fit,active,sharp during whole day.Now days life is quite busy for every one so people mostly avoid physical work outs which we should't.
