{{{{{{{{{{Les}}}}}}}}} Hey ya! Sure hope the back is getting better!
{{{FolderFriends}}} Heading to school today. Lots of work to be done setting up the whole school's computers. The custodial staff had to unhook all of them when they cleaned and painted in the rooms!!!!! YIKES! (Ah me, it's only about 80 computers! ) Have a fantabulous weekend {{All}}! |

The back is much better...thanks all.
{{{{{Friends}}}}} Drew and I tackled the Fair today, but it was just too hot. I was able to manage...but he wasn't handling the heat too well. Saw a few people keeling over, and thought...maybe it's time to leave :-\ Anyway...back to work tomorrow, after the one-day respite. :-( I want a life of leisure! ROFL (dreaming of that day, when I'm 70...maybe...)

huh.
apparently, i've been banned from another message board on another site. seems the moderator (and no one else, btw) decided that my posts were too long. of course, as soon as he said so, i apologized and vowed to keep everything very short...but i guess it didn't work. this is what i get for trying to spread joy and goodwill outside the WOW walls. {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{friends}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} |

LOL.
well, i'm happy to say that the matter has been (surprisingly) peacefully resolved. i was booted VERY rudely and snarkily from the site (which shall remain nameless), so i figured that when i emailed the moderator to ask what, exactly, i had done wrong, i'd get an equally nasty reply. colour me shocked because he actually sent a really nice reply, explaining that circumstances on the board had gotten out of hand with many other people, so he was just banning anyone who looked like they might not be playing by the rules. he told me that ALL newcomers to that site incur someone's wrath when they first start posting, and that i was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. there was a celebrity on the boards, so he was just covering his a$$ to make sure things didn't get crazy. anyway, we buried the hatchet and he said that i can reregister under a new name (since my old username is now toast and can't be reinstated). so...all's well that could have ended very badly. {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{les}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} when are you coming to toronto? <weg> |

I have never been banned from a message board. I am proud of this. ((((((((((((((((((((vickie))))))))))))))))) Those people must be nuts, and you should consider carefully before you continue to drop your gems there. LOL
Heeeeeeelllllllloooooooooooooooo (((((Liam)))))!! In September, Country Bear Jamboree will close forever. I think this is a BIG MISTAKE.

I saw CB twice!
ROFL to blood on the saddle. The summer camp version is playing now, and there is this fabulously bizarre skit of a bear singing to an octopus (she's wearing a pink bow and has a tentacle wrapped around his paw)--"Two Different Worlds." (((((Liam))))) I am so glad you understand.

I am also not annoyed by the Small World theme. Matter of fact, I was in a co-worker's office today and she was playing her Disney CD, and when Small World came on, I felt like crying!

You are not alone on that one. The Dude had to see Small World twice. To him, the song is not repetitive at all--especially since it happens in many languages! LOL But honestly, the Christmas SW is the best.
