I just remembered something my mother used to tell me whenever she felt my focus needed to be readjusted..she would say "Open the front door...take a deep breath...take a look all around...now focus on the outside instead of the inside." Most of the time it would work, but if I were feeling particularly stubborn it might take looking out the back door too.

well for one dac i know what the problem is , didnt take a rocket scientist to figure it out after i seen you get knocked off last night , you need to know ask me , ill tell ya no problem there ........ as for opening the front door , i did that this morning and my nose hairs froze
