{^{^{^{^{^Lou^}^}^}^}^} My mother and my husband think I'm bizarre for watching Six Feet Under, they both hate Sex in the City but at least Mom likes the Sopranos. My husband tends to love to watch Real Sex. I remember when Real Sex started. What are they up to now Real Sex 100. (g)

Uh-huh. That Six Feet Under knocks me <u>dead</u> and <u>lays me out</u>. Really <u>stiff</u> competition for any other program that dares to try that Sunday time slot.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

And recently I caught an episode of Taxicab Confessions. Whoo.

My husband exposed me to taxicab confessions and I sorrily must admit that I kind of like it. The ideas that I have that are "way out there," no longer seem so far out there, because these folks are confessing things that are more personal than I would discuss with my therapist. Sunshine

Okay, I'm going to admit it....

I love The Osbournes. I am completely hooked. Gone, over the top, I love this show. Hooked as in I would wear an "The Osbournes" T-Shirt. I really like this show.<g>

Trading Spaces

I'm a huge fan of Trading Spaces, having come to it late in Season 2. Now I tape the reruns during the week while at work. I can hardly wait for Season 3 to begin.

The other day I finally saw Hildi's straw on the walls episode!

The carpenter, Amy Wynn is fantastic.

I like Frank the best because he is so creative, even though I don't like all his designs. He would be fun to work with! He cracks me up!

Doug and Hildi are the most controversial and seem only interested in doing their own thing, despite what the home owners say!

Vern and Laurie seem to be perfectionists and really seem to care about what the home owners want.

But since Laurie is pregnant, Dez, from season 1 will be taking her place. I've only seen one rerun with her in it...the one where she did the Medusa lamp and the room was bright bright green!

Who's your favorite designer? What room did you like best? What room didn't you like? What ideas have you tried in your own home?

Good questions, anniejoan!

I have to say, I think Doug is a loon. That train car bedroom made my eyes hurt...TOO MUCH BLUE!!

I've got to pay more attention to NAME TAGS! Remember the boys' soccer bedroom? Was that Frank? He's my favorite.

The soccer bedroom was Vern.

I love Trading Spaces. I've seen every episode more than once. My favorite designer is Frank. I'm not sure that I like what he does, but I like him so much that it doesn't matter.<g> He also seems to be the least likely to stick straw (Hildi) or moss (Gen) on the walls. Frank's faux finishes are very cool. And then, if nothing else, there's always Ty for ones viewing pleasure.<g>

I'm sorry to hear that Dez will be back. I didn't like her or her work at all. She was always too nervous on the show and mainly focused on lamps. (That's her claim to fame, so I hear.)

The straw episode was a California episode. A popular morning radio show had them call in and from what they had to say, I don't think I would ever apply to be on Trading Spaces. ==:-o

I saw the sneak preview of "While You Were Out" on TLC last Saturday. I wasn't that thrilled but we'll have to see how it shapes up in the fall.

There are also quite a few design shows on HGTV that I watch. Two of them that I really enjoy are Designing for the Sexes and Designers Challenge.
