{{{{{Les}}}}} I'm ready to trade in this body for one that works better! I woke up this morning with my bad neck and shoulder in such spasms that I could barely drive to work. I think I just slept wrong. This time, it even affected my lower back on the right side. I worked for a couple of hours, and was in such pain I was about to cry, so I told my boss I was in pain and needed a heating pad and a talk with the doc, and he let me go home. What a saint! I called the doc, and was told to use heat for the first 48 to 72 hours, then switch to alternating heat and cold compresses. They also called me in prescriptions for muscle relaxers - something fairly boring and benign called Skelaxin, along with Darvocet for the outright pain. So, this is just a quick visit online before kicking back on the heating pad again.
