i miss my daughter

I miss my daughter her father was in ca for a visit i went to jail for five days i guess that her father than thought that it was okay to take her out of califorina because he came out to the jail and told me he was take n her i told him not to that we had said summers and holidays and that i was going to be out in a day to take my daughter to my mothers but he did he took her instead now 20 day later im lost with out here and i dont no my rights or what i sould do he now said that he wasnt every letting her come back but shes been with me 12 years what do i do

You need to get a lawyer to help you with this. There should be free legal help available if you contact your local BAR association and ask them for lawyers who can do pro-bono work. Sorry to hear, that is awful- a daughter needs to be with her mother. You have rights-don't give up.
