I didn't do anything last year, but the year before that was definitely an adventure haha....
This year, I think it's best to keep the budget tight and stay at home. Maybe have a breakfast in bed type of thing to start off Valentine's Day. I work with How2Heroes and there is an awesome recipe for Chilean Pancakes on their website. Or if you're in a mood for something sticky and sweet, they have Sticky Buns and much more. Don't these buns look scrumptious?! |

Hubby is working until late in the afternoon. Our two youngest grandkids are staying over Friday night. They called me yesterday and said they missed us. Little con artists that they are. We hadn't been going over the past few weeks.
Maybe we'll bake a cake that they can take and share with their family. Happy Valentines Day all. Hope you have a heart full of love that day.

sigh... well, my plans were all for not. Bruce's uncle passed away on Tuesday, and he's flying home for the funeral tomorrow morning and won't be back until Monday night late. And, that was our last weekend alone until the end of april, sooooo... i'll have to save my plans for a different time.

((((((((( PBS & Bruce )))))))))) So sorry to hear that. My prayers will be with the family. You & Bruce can plan your own Valentine celebration after all is said & done. Just be there for him now.
