Can I distribute the writing profile to Columbia University basically intend on as a innovative writing major?

Wishing you the best of luck @ Columbia University. Honestly I think if you're a student/ future student they would be more interested in what YOU write. They would like to see how you interpet your own words into the writing process. Again good luck.
