What do you use to stop spots?!?

On my forehead. They won't go away!
They're not half as bad as they used to be in like September but they're still bad, one day it will be more or less clear and the next day there's loads of spots under my skin, then they're out, then they're healing and then it starts again. It really does my head in!

I use Freederm facewash and cleanser and it has started getting better, I also use Clean & Clear advantage face wash which is ok. I used Quinoderm but it just made my skin really dry so I stopped using that. I dont know what to use to get rid of them, and its only my forehead, nowhere else on my face!

Murad Cleanser

Hi, I had alot of blemishes and breakouts too. I started using this acne cleanser called Murad and it really helps alot. It smooths your skin and has medicated ingredients to help it heal too. You can order it online on sephora's website or pick it up at any sephora store if there is one near you. Good luck and let me know if it worked out for you.

I am also facing the same problem. Thanks for suggesting this cleanser. I am also going to try it out. Hope it will work.

Hi girls, I just happen to stop by and glad I did because Murad was a very popular brand but I recall hearing something on the news last year about some negative side effects?? You might want to check that out first before using it.
