Too good to be true

Ludwik, hopefully it's not too good to be true. I love his idea. As you know, I love history, and I've read about some of Jimmy Carter's ideas that he had in the '70s. If we had listened to him, this country wouldn't be so dependent on oil now. And, I've always supported Al Gore. Am I crazy, or just get it?
