stressed out?
I found this really great stress relieving tip:
?Take a deep breath? may be a cliche, but the thing is, it works. ?People who engage in deep breathing experience a reduction in anxiety, greater clarity of thought, better sleep and more consistent energy throughout the day,? says Jeff Rossman, Ph.D., director of behavioral health at Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Massachusetts. The next time you feel like you?re about to blow, breathe in from your abdomen to the count of four and out to the count of four. Within 20 seconds, says Rossman, your adrenaline level will start to fall-along with your stress level. Proof that you?re calming down: In one minute, you?ll notice your hands and fingertips are getting warmer, indicating increased blood flow and a drop in blood pressure. Register for the 30 day makeover and you'll get daily tips about health and beauty and you'll be entered to win a 3 day spa trip for 2 to Los Angeles airfare/hotel included. |

I wrote a post how stress is effecting men on my blog about men. As our roles as men are changing and the economy continues to not improve men are experiencing stress they hadn’t had before today.
