Hope it's not too late to get this thread revived.....but I think it's a very good question and one we should all ask ourselves. To me, when I think of becoming (or being) a Noble Woman...I think of holding my head high, living and breathing the confidence I feel on the inside so others can see. So many times, I think we allow others to define us instead of defining ourselves to others. I know this is something I struggle with.

Redefining oneself

Indeed, I think most of life is about letting go of the definitions others place on one..... but defining oneself is not that easy either. Seehund

tjterri, it's almost never too late to revive a thread. Most of us who've been here for years have seen threads that have been dormant for y-e-a-r-s that have suddenly come to life.

I think that to be a noble woman, you need to hold your head up, do the best you can with what you've got and remember to treat others the way you'd want to be treated.

((((DIvine4me tjteri63 Seehund rjfeminist goldmaiden))))) I agree yet sacrificing is good as long as you dont forget your own needs. Tis not selfish to need some new clothes or something that makes you smile. For if you are happy then those others in your life will be happy for whatever you may accomplish that makes their lives better. Tis hard to remember that women in general have forgotten to put themselves first sometimes. What with the demands of motherhood, and etc but alas we have. Thus we all can become Noble women only if we have chosen to do so.
Have a great day!

To me a Noble Woman is one that takes care of the things that need to be taking care of. While doing that they remember to take care of themselves as well. They remember to laugh in the face of adversity. A Noble woman has faced many obstacles in her life & can still maintain balance. She puts her children, family first without losing sight of who she is. Goodness I just described my mother. She was a Noble, Courageous, Outstanding Woman no matter what obstacles were placed in front of her she tackled them all. Then she'd find something to smile about & pass it on to her kids. Noble & Strong. A true Woman worth her weight in gold.

Well said and well thought out (((((IRISH_EYES_99)))))) That is what a true Noble woman is. Thank you for putting this so eloquently! We all know that you are one of the rare and few Noble Women on here! I am so glad that I am blessed to know you.
Have a better day today than yesterday!

Some think they are born noble, which is actually right but if you're a Scorpio I can tell you first hand you are born noble (or maybe I'm biased!) http://www.scorpioinfo.com

Hmmm maybe but actions for me speak more loudly than words or a horoscope sign. Hence the thread is about women we know who explemplify this quality.
Have a great day!
