The old age must engage their selves in morning walk and the youngsters must do work outs.It provides you stamina,power and makes you physically strong so you can keep your self fit and healthy for a long period of time.

Basically its depends on our body structure,aim,motive,power,interest etc.Mostly old people also do the same physical exercise according to their energy,but in my opinion old people are more health conscious instead of young generation.
