Good luck with all of it. It's been a game of YoYo for me. Wish when the YoYo is down someone would cut the string, so it can't go up again.
Hey (((((((( Tiff )))))))) ((((((( Napolitana ))))))))))))) Tiff is one of our old time roomies... not that's she old.. Not at all .. just been chatting for a long time. Napolitana is a very welcomed newbie. Have a feeling we'll be calling her an oldie before 2 long. Welcome again to WOW.

I'm determined to loose my weight. Even though I have diabetes and hypothyroidism, I am determined. I really don't expect to be very skinny, skinny. But, I want to be healthy. I am determined to do it the right way, slow but sure. It also helps that I have support from my family and my Bob. We are all doing it together. I gave up pop and chocolate, Oh my it was hard to do. I do fell better, now that I have changed my food. But, it is still hard. I am on the look for good recipes.

I have type I diabetes. I have lost weight with hypothyroidism. When my thyroid is acting up and I have sleep apnea, it is hard enough to just stay awake. It gets a little depressing. But, I will figure it out. I have my machine to sleep with now and my levels are good. So, I am going to do it. But, I am lookimg for some good diabtic recipes. I'v learned alot, but recipes will go good. Some of the no sugar stuff is just yucky.

My husband was diabetic and really had to work had to lose any weight. But then, I'm not having an easy time losing, either. It'd be a lot easier if we didn't have to eat...and food didn't taste so good.

My other problem is my work's cafeteria has not so good food. Everybody is complaining about the level of food. I now bring my food to work. So, sometimes it is what is easier than what is the best for you. But, I just keep trying. I guess that is what we are supposed to do. Although, somtimes it is just a little overwhelming.

Napolitana. how goes it? not sure if ur a cream cheese fan, but they have a new 1/3 less fat cream cheese from philadelphia cream cheese, where they did a blind taste test and said it was as rich and creamy as the original. I know u say some products use their taste, but check this out.. i know i love the strawberry in the 1/3

Oreo's LOL They are a food group called desserts its when you are stressed you need this food group. Honestly though you can eat almost anything but keep it in moderation and portion control sure has helped me. Now I am staying between 176 to 180 pounds After the next 11 weeks of Pow Wows and etc I will go back to the gym. Just do it cause it makes you feel good.
Have a great day!

ROTFL... but... ya can't eat oreo's as your main dish at dinner LOL!
But...I'm "back on the wagon" counting WW points and have lost two pounds this week, and that makes me feel better. Plus, it keeps me remembering to drink my water, and take my vitamin! hugs!!
