So far, I'm not feeling much of anything for the current American Idol season. I'm hoping that will change on Tuesday when it really gets going. It IS going to get going, RIGHT?

As for The O.C., arrrggghhhhhh!!! They keep giving us a couple of episodes and then taking three weeks off. Okay, so it will extend the season but I really need to have something to look forward to on a weekly basis. Smaller and more obtainable goals and all that, you know?

Is anyone going to watch the new "Wonderfalls" tonight? If I love it, it will probably get cancelled, so I apologize in advance. I seem to have that effect on shows. They do better if I wait a season before joining the viewership. Not that I have any weird superstition about that or anything.<g>

Are there any other shows that people are hooked on? Any other Soprano lovers out there? Anyone else hooked on Alias? Law and Order: Criminal Intent? Nick and Jessica? (I can't believe I'm going to admit to that one.)

AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO WATCHES WAY TOO MUCH T.V.?<g>

For those who would like to become addicted to T.V. but find that they don't have the time, I'd like to recommend Tivo. It's one of the greatest enablers of all time. I'm in awe of its capabilities. In fact, if not for Tivo, I wouldn't be able to admit to Nick and Jessica. Tivo did it, it's all Tivo's fault.

ok...ummm... who are nick and jessica?????????

I wanted Matthew to make it to the finals...so the wild card show on idol was a HUGE disappointment to me!! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

BUT... I guess I'll pick the chick from Hawaii.

I've quit watching much tv these past few months...I used to be an avid night watcher...but alas..I'm finding it hard to stay up past 9!! YIKES!!

I'm a sucker for a sitcom... and although I've missed the last two weeks, ER is one of my fav's too.

ROFL Cod! Be careful your nose doesn't hit the computer screen. Ouch!

DVR is awesome crazymomma! The next day, the next week, the next month, you always have something to watch and you get to sleep at a reasonable time. Did I mention that I love my Tivo?<g>

PBS, Nick and Jessica are Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson. They have one of those shows on MTV where the cameras follow them around. I'm hooked, embarrassingly so. But since it's just between us...

Hey, the first episode of Wonderfalls wasn't bad at all. The first few episodes of a new show always have to set the story in place and define the characters but it was smartly written, odd and quirky, and laugh out loud funny in places. Plus, one of the actors is treally cute! My 16 year old daughter and I called dibbs on him at the same time. So, the show apparently appeals to all age groups.<g>

I taped "Wonderfalls" because I knew I was going to fall asleep, so I haven't seen it yet. I'll report back!

I was happy with the American Idol wildcard episode because I like Jon Peter Lewis, so...

I caught "wonderfalls" last night. It was definately quirky enough for me. I'm waiting for new episodes of "Dead like Me" and "Carnival."

PBS, you haven't missed anything. ER hasn't been on the past two weeks.

Confession time: Being home all the time, I always pick one silly show to watch in reruns. First it was Hercules, then Xena, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and now it is Angel! *face turning red"

I used to watch a lot of sports on TV. I finally got disgusted with all the commercial breaks, especially the ones that just "happened" to coincide with breaks in play.

With Herc and Xena, I got to the point where I knew the dialogue way to well! Hubby is hooked on "American Chopper" You know men, their little brains constantly say "motorcycle,motorcycle,motorcycle..." except when they are riding one, then it says "sex,sex,sex...." LOL!

We are recording Idol this season because of work hours. Has anyone noticed the number of commercials? If you watch it and ff throught them the show is only about 1/2 an hour long!! No fooling we counted 10 in one break!!
