Just north of there (((Dot))) and I've seen Pelican Cove but haven't eaten there but we WILL as soon as I tell Tom they have excellent clam chowder. He was a little off his feed after sampling some Haitian food OR it could be the malaria meds that I've heard made someone YOU know pretty sick once upon a time. He's better now, but no chowder here. <g>
Thanks (((Lou)))...*kinda* nice to be home...I think. <g> |

{{{{{Moon}}}}} Didn't have enough houses, eh? ;-) One on the gulf sounds fabulous! Yet another decorating project sounds a bit daunting, though. At least with a vacation place you can make it super-casual if you want to. I recommend a hammock to gently swing in the breeze while reading! <g>

Hi ((((Serene)))) did you bring tea??
(((biker))) Just call me Martha. I love the thought of decorating there. I have a blue and yellow scheme going with mostly white furniture. The walls are all white and the carpet a neutral. It will definitely be light and beach house looking with lots of nautical accents! I ordered couches etc., but most of the furniture will be rehabbed items with a fresh coat of white enamel. Wanna see the guest room comforters? Go to http://www.bluelight.com and check out Bedding....4 Star...Cornflower Awning Stripe. Tell me if you like! |

{{{{{Moon}}}}} That Cornflower Awning Stripe pattern looks fun for a summer cottage! Actually, I'd like to see the guest room comforter in person! LOL! Glad to hear you're enjoying having a new place to decorate. A warm beach getaway would certainly make winter easier to face! LOL at the pine cones, btw!

Happy St Patrick's Day
((((Moon)))) Erin Go Bragh! <g>
How fabulous that you bought a house in FL! I was just thinking "I could go to FL, and see my grandparents soon, then I'd visit you there!" Of course, I'd wait for wintertime...when it's really cold again. Before we left the house for work today, I said to Sue "I feel like I'm a souvenir!" LOL! I'm wearing a green vest, my green capri pants, so when I'm seated you can see my shamrock tattoo, and some of my celtic jewellery, LOL! What can I say, I love St Patrick's Day. We had a St Pat's cake yesterday (still have some for today) and we're going to a friend's house tonight...I bought Kilkenney for tonight, Guinness is a little strong for me, but not for a certain Moon I know! ;-) |
