According to my experience forgiveness is more powerful than getting angry with someone else. If someone hurts you try to talk with that person very kindly and tell him/her about your bad experience. Then he/she will understand you and stop hurting you also it helps to relax your mind.

I agree, Sally. Also, if you're just walking and someone is passing you, and you smile and say hi to them, it means alot. If they return the smile and say hi, it's meant alot to them as well.

Well I agree with the both of you for the most part. Yet there are somethings I am working on. Forgiving was easy. Trusting again afterwards isnt. Believing them isnt as well. Ask for the answers and get none just complicates the whole shebang. But I know what I want and thus will do.

You're right, Wolfie. One can always forgive, but trusting those that have wronged you is very difficult. They would have to earn your trust in them.
