LOL mamma. Made the muffins, they were good. The kids want me to make more but I am out of mix. They will have to wait until I go to the store again.

I've tried eating a banana with a bit of honey drizzled over it and wheat germ sprinkled on it. I have to eat it with a fork by doing it this way, but it is really delicious. Of course it brings in some good vitamins and fiber that keep me full for quite a while. Sometimes I pair it with a glass of milk and replace the honey with peanut butter to cover all the food groups!

Egg white wines prepared up with lean poultry, or even morning star poultry pieces or blocks, covered in a tasty oatmeal or tomato tortilla and lead with fresh salsa! I'm starving now
