Wink Oh my goodness! :)

((((((( Seo Irish Tainted ))))))))

Seo glad they found out what is what. Now if any of you know Kolaohinni, she has to eat gluten free foods as well. She doesnt always find stores with those things she needs. But she has found a store that has it. I hope you are able to get what you need and losing weight woooohoooooo That would make you happy as well. Just do it sensible ok? LOL If the local grocery stores dont carry it see about requesting it. Perhaps they will. I hope so for you.

Best of luck hugs and kisses.

Have a great day!

I am sorry to hear that you're having such digestive problems. I, too, have suffered for several years with some digestion issues that cause me to have diarrhea at least 2-3 times per day usually. Believe me, I can feel your pain. I have never had a diagnosis, but I sure have had many tests done to make attempts at a diagnosis.

If you have to go gluten-free due to a medical issue, there's a lot more in the grocery stores these days for such diets. I would not suggest doing the gluten-free thing just for the heck of it though.

Your original question asked about a bland diet, and I would suggest the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, and rice). I did read that you cannot eat bananas though. Have you tried baby food? That could be an option. I know it seems silly, but it's some of the easiest foods to digest due to the fact that babies' GI tracts aren't ready for completely solid foods.

Good luck in navigating your GI tract/digestion issues.

I am a person who has always loved her veggies from the time of a tot and that was far to many years ago to want to admit and that is upsetting that I can't eat them. I am going to try to make arrangements for a "nice" hospital visit for February 4th.
