This far north, anyway. Been raining since Thursday - after only 2 days off. Never really stops, just slows down. Looks like it will keep raining for at least another week. I'm ready for winter to be over, no matter how much I know we need the water...!

A Moral story.... what to do?

"Wild Bill" was the name of our bike tour guide when mrmauka and I honeymooned on Maui. Although it was snowing at the top of Haleakala, he insisted on wearing just his shorts and a bandana, oh.. and shoes of some sort. He also cracked on the "Wimpy" guys from the big city who thought they were macho, but couldn't take the cold and had to wear winter clothes because is was "cold" at the top of Haleakala.

I thought Bill was a bit strange.
