((((((wonderful roomies))))))
Have just found out this morning that one of my highschool class mates was a victim of the Pentegon crash. He was working in the Pentegon. None of us know at this time, in just what capacity, tho. We are still trying to gather information. I knew him pretty well as we just lived 1 1/2 blocks from each other.
Oh my, (and my heart hurts so bad), but my spirit hurts for him and his family. God Bless Them All.

Can't get into the room, for whatever reason, tonight so I figured I'd share this with my family in here.
"Talk" to you when I can get back in the room.

You ALL take care and I pray that none of you have been touched in such a tragic way as this.
((((((((love all my roomies)))))))))

Even though this isn't a very festive time, I've decided to get my costume on and start working on a new Fun & Friendly potion for this year. I think I've almost got it right...all I need is a taste tester. *looking expectantly at LondonLee*

That was the BEST chat I've been to in a long time! Thank you, and thanks to everyone else who was there. I was feeling kind of down when I went in but now I'm feeling great!

{{{{{ WS and LS }}}}}

Just wanted to say with Thanksgiving coming up, that I am so thankful for finding all of you 3 yrs. ago. You have lifted me up when I was down. Hugged me and teased me when I needed it.

What a great bunch of diverse women we all are.
As time goes by I see we all go through glad times and sad times.. and scary times.

I know if I ask any of you for help or advice as to certain problems... one or more or you have an answer to guide me to the right source of help. Be it go to the doctor, call your Senator, here is a website, or just sharing what you may have gone through yourself. And all the while joking and keeping things light hearted but supportive.

Sometime we don't share what is going on in our lives because we don't want to bring people or the chat down. Or it is just very hard to talk about. I'm that way.. I wait usually until something in my life is resolved before chatting about it. Not unless someone else brings up a subject like I am going through.

I was very attracted to WS for the warmth and safety there. And WOW's would state .... this is WomensSpace a safe and well lit chatting room.
No bashing of race, color, creed, gender.... etc.
Or of each other. I would hope. I have been chatting long enough and I am old enough in years to automatically ignore those who maybe in a bad mood on certain days. We all have them. My Grandmother taught me "If you have nothing nice to say.. say nothing at all" It works.
I don't use my ignore cmd.
My mind does it for me.

I could go on and on how much WS has meant to me and how much I love you all for who you are. But I wouldn't want ya'all to get swelled heads.

Lol... I just wanted to say... Thank you!

((((((antiana))))))) well said.... and I agree totally with you ... in Feb. if memory serves me I will be starting my 4th year in WS... wow... where did the time go....
remember we can't see the roomie chatting with us... that is why or or j/k are used or smile or a frown from time to time...
Thankful for all the great people I've met in there and in our sister room LS.... For the sharing, the hugs, the build ups when needed.... Put downs are never needed and doesn't make the person that is being targeted feel good and I really don't see how it can make the person doing the put down feel good.. so .... as a great lady told me more than once... if you haven't got something nice to say ... better to say nothing... HOWEVER... I feel if you try you can find some positive comment to make
btw that great lady was my mom .... thanks ((((((mom))))) keep sending those positive vives to me ...
Love to all the great ladies that I have met over the years
