Night (((((Les)))))
I froze off my patoodi this morning standing in the garage for that sale. Man but that wind was icy and wet. And now, I still can't warm up. Time to just go to bed. Night (((((Friends)))))!

{{{{roo}}}} Hey there, roo! We rode in a car in the St. Patrick's Parade yesterday, driving the car for our Congressman. :-) You can see pictures at that site I linked to.
How are you today? I'm baking cinnamon rolls and then starting to go through stuff, I guess...yikes! I also have some work I brought home with me that I need to do.

<b>Good Mid-Day!</b>
I've been doing errands, taking a much needed walk in the park, and marketing. It is dreary here, but so many flowers are blooming that you'd think it was spring. LOL (((((roo))))) (((((Dot))))) (((((Les))))) Oh, you were in THAT car!

(((((Liam)))))) same here. havent gotten much accomplished, not having a very good weekend. Its very hazy and foggy here. Still snowing since yesterday morning. I am trying to create the database and templates I'll need for tomorrow. Got sidetracked when I downloaded Nifty-Telnet.SSH and found a pinoccole game <g>

{{{{{Les}}}}} Loved the pics! Of course, I like the Harleys and horses the most, but the guys in kilts aren't bad, either. Drew looks so cute in that car!<p>
Best of luck on the house! How exciting! I'll definitely be sending good vibes your way.<p> Well, I'm finally recovered from partying at the wedding. It was a nice wedding. There was a chauffered white Bentley for Adam and Gillian, and a bagpipe player in a kilt, both of which were extra cool. The bride wore white, but all the bridesmaids were in black, as were all the guys. I hadn't seen that before - it was quite elegant. The actual wedding lasted maybe 5 minutes, or 8 minutes tops. That was rather unusual, too. The reception was very classy yet very comfortable. After the reception, I ended up going back to the expensive motel for the after party, and getting a wedding party discount at the cheaper motel next door (where the people I knew were staying anyway). That worked out great. The old "Heathens" who had moved to S. Carolina were there, so we drank JD and caught up on old times until they kicked us out of the bar. Then we partied in a couple of different rooms until we ran each out of beer and whiskey. It was fun! I got back to my room about 4:30 a.m., and crashed until late morning, then checked out, went out to breakfast, and headed home. Ozzy was quite willing to hang out with me while I slept most of the day away yesterday. I guess I'm mostly back to normal today. I met my friends Sean, Toby, and Ed at Denny's for "breakfast" about 2 p.m., and haven't done much since. Ahhh, weekends!<p> {{{{{Lou}}}}} {{{{{Moon}}}}} {{{{{Gail}}}}} {{{{{Roo}}}}} {{{{{Dot}}}}} {{{{{{Kathe}}}}}} {{{{{Myst}}}}} {{{{{QW}}}}} {{{{{Friends}}}}}

(((((Les))))) And hope your day went well. Night!

{{{{{Lou}}}}} The shoes worked out fine, thanks. Somehow, despite my utter lack of fashion sense, the whole outfit worked out great, although I did get leg muscle cramps when leaving the reception to drive to the motel. (It would have simplified matters if I'd known black was acceptable - most of my clothes and shoes are black.)<p>
When I changed at the hotel, I had a change of shoes (thankfully), a pair of sage green pants the exact color of the dress, and a white mock turtleneck so I could continue to wear the sage green Wedgewood pendant and look semi-dressy. <p> I'd call the whole thing a success, which isn't always my experience with weddings. I did take pictures, including one that Gillian's mother took of Adam and me in front of the vintage white Bentley. If they turn out, I'll have to scan a couple...when I figure out why my scanner is refusing to talk to my computer lately.<p> 'Night {{{{{Friends}}}}}

Is there a "total emotional confusion" icon? :::sigh:::
Great to hear about the house, Les! After our experience trying to buy a new car, it appears that a house is out of the question for a while, unless we find someone willing to carry the paper themselves... Just hope the flaky landlords don't decide to sell the house we're in out from under us. And if they do, I'd like more than 30 days notice! It takes that long to FIND a rental here, much less actually move!! We did get the new car.. a Honda CR-V, dark green. Even though manual transmission is supposed to be "standard equipment" they don't seem to make too many of them. The kids are practically refusing to ride in the Buick now, the CR-V is much "cooler!" (over)Balancing that, my mother called Saturday morning to say that my grandfather had had a massive heart attack, was on a respirator, and not responding. No news since then, but I imagine it will take my father and aunts and uncle a while to come to any kind of agreement whether/when to take him off the respirator. Feeling rather numb...

(((((Kathe))))) I'm so sorry. We had word today that TheMan's brother--who I think of as my brother--had a heart attack and immediately underwent a triple bypass. These things are shattering. Hang in there.
Hey (((((Everyone))))) I am glad that today is over. (((((Les))))) Hi there.
