Just wanted to let you know that its' Party Time at my house!

My oldest son is home for a visit. Although its more for him to go and see his friends but its well worth it.

I was happy to see him back in April when my youngest son and I went to Hawaii to see him. Yet this visit is by far the best. The reason is that Travis will get to see his friends, family and old haunts before going for training in January for Iraq.

So some think the Christmas wish I had was selfish but it was mainly for Travis to come and see his friends and etc. I am just happy to sit and watch or listen about his excursions.

So I hope this finds all of you happy in good health.

Thank you (( Nobeef crazymomma Liamfan rjfeminist)) for the good well wishes on my migraine. That transformed into a nasty bout of flu. Which is going away slowly but surely.

Yes its great and oh so grand to know he is. I can actually sleep better at night right now. Feels like I have slept like I did before kids! LOL I sure have told him and passed the hugs and kisses with the well wishes.

Well Happy Belated New Year's to one and all!

Also last week I had tried to post this.

I went to New York. Was coming home on December 31. However a snowstorm threw the bus lines in an quandry. If I had rode the bus home from New York I would of been stranded in place away from friends and family. I had no one to pick me up from where I would of been stranded. As well as that terminal closes at 7 p.m. Alas I missed hosting the two chats I do last week.

Now to make it up to you lovely people! I am going to do a two hour chats for Manic Monday and Craft Chat!

So I hope you will forgive me.

Just wanted to say Hi! I hope all of you are staying warm safe and healthy!

I have been going crazy here myself. Helping out friends with rides to the E.R. and whatever gets dropped in my lap. Latest thing is going to do girl scouts again. Possibly two troops! Yikes and Yay! In the meantime, grandson is such a sweetie. His mom has gone to do ged training. Oldest son Travis doing training in North West of USA. Youngest son is doing Vocational Technology Plumbing and loving it.
Currently at 176 pounds from 225. Still a bit more work on that. Hoping to attend college come in the fall.
Otherwise, doing my best to staying busy.

OMG I can not believe how close both Clinton and Obama are in the primaries!

I don't believe this has been a case of actually taking to the convention who would be elected to run since Kennedy!

Wow I'm excited and I hope you are also!!!

So Ladies I'm asking you to help Clinton along by sending a $1 or even $5 to her campaign so that the funding is there matching what the Guy is raking in and that we have a president that truly represents us!

As women I really feel we should support this historic event!

I sent a nice donation today. We are witnessing a truly historic event in many ways, but I'm concerned.

Today, Romney cleared the way for all of that other party's energy to be focused on the national election, while we are using a enormous amount of energy and money just picking a candidate.

I just want us to not screw this up. That's not asking much, is it?

I agree Addie! So much money is used in any campaign nowdays its frighting to me. I truly wish they would say each person gets 100,000 and thats it. Everyone gets same time on TV, radio and papers.

Then it truly would be an election of those who have good ideals not who can spend the most. It would be more equal and fair. But thats something we will never see :0

Ya even mrtiff questions the pulling out today...of a certain candidate. LOL can't repeat what he said Wasn't very nice.
