((((Liam)))) Happy Friday morning!

I just bought a book, "Muse". It's, um, interesting! lol!

Only 4 more days till Christmas Eve! In our family that means 40+ people in one house for dinner, gift giving and screaming kids! In fact, 19 kids who can unwrap a package faster than you could even imagine! Paper everywhere, no matter how many trash bags you have to put it in, lol! It's fun<g>

(((Liam))) Also hope the little guy is feeling better. the Idiot Girls' Action/Adventure sounds like something I can relate to, so that might be the one to get <g>

I was wondering if anybody has seen the movie "Mail Order Bride?" It's supposed to be about brides ordered from the United States. The parents of the brides are the ones who use this method for their daughters. Has anybody seen it? The movie was recommended to me by my English Prof. Thanks!

Liam, for the better part, Scribble is trying to be nice, so please ignore her troubling behavior. She really is nice!

All the best to you.

"The Funny Times" is a good read. For example they recently pointed out the similarities between Elvis and Jesus: Jesus said, "love thy neighbor" and Elvis said "Don't be cruel.

"Jesus' countenance was like lightening, and his raiment was white as snow. Elvis wore snow white jumpsuits with lightening bolts.

Jesus's father is everywhere and Elvis' father was a drifter, and moved around quite a bit.

And my favorite: Jeus was resurrected and Elvis had the famous 1968 "comeback" TV special.

So you see, it's educational and entertaining at the same time.

and.... Jesus is often depicted in pictures with a halo that looks like a gold plate. Elvis' face is often depicted on a plate with gold trim and sold through TV.

ROFL, mauka! Mauka, you're never naughty <eg>

School is out I plan to read, write, watch movies, write, read, write, and read some more.

I'm still debating between women's studies and history, especially since I love both

Scribble is nice in this folder (for now)

I plan on watching a few Christmas movies today

Has anybody ever seen the Christmas Box with Richard Thomas? (personally, I think he's good looking, but that's not why I watch his movies, lol)

Many of you have offered great suggestions. I'm waiting on a check to arrive and then I'm off to the bookstore. Mum is giving me a nice certificate for Barns and Noble, so she said not to buy too much. I feel like I'm in heaven!
