Today I went with grandkids to see "Chimps in Space" absolutely great kids movie. The adults would enjoy it too. The innuendoes are hysterical. My granddaughters thoughly enjoyed it. Great story line to it.

I agree with you PBS I don't do scary movies. The last movie we went and saw was KIt Kittridge An American Girl. It was a nice little movie good for the family. I took the roomie's daughter while he took the other 2 to see the Happening with Mark Walberg. Each of the kids said as much as they like scary movies there were parts that made them go yuck. Glad I missed it.

Re: favorite movies

This is a tough one since I have many favorites spanning multiple genres/release dates. I would have to say Chinatown, Casino, the Apartment, Sunset Boulevard, and anything directed by Hitchcock.

I like many shows even musicals. Like Seven brides for seven brothers! Main genre now is Native american movies like DreamKeeper, Smoke Signals, Dances with wolves! LOL Did you know that in the last movie listed they are speaking the sioux language in the female version since their translator was a woman? LOL Bury my heart at Wounded Knee recently put out by HBO with some of the last chapters from the book in the movie! Yet love watching many varied movies!
Have a great day!

Talking I love funny movies and romantic movies

I love to laugh and have fun, sometimes and then there are times when I like to tear up over a romantic movie. Some of my favorite movies are: The first wives club, The notebook, For Pete's Sake (Barbara Streisand is the best), The wedding singer, Boomerang (Eddie Murphy), just to name a few. Sometimes on the weekend I like to relax and watch funny movies back to back. Either alone or with the right partner, it can be fun. Oh yeah, I left out Dreamgirls, a little musical can get you going.
