Post My first post (so be nice)

I am not sure I am doing this right - but here I go!
A quick, easy and tasty recipe.. All you need is some Hamburger (about a pound) left over stuffing and brown gravy! Whenever I have left over stuffing I make these
(You may want to season the hamburger with salt & pepper if you like) Use a baking dish for this recipe)
Make two hamburger pattys, put a scoop of stuffing in the center of one patty, put the other patty on top and seal the stuffing between the 2 patties. Repeat until you use up all your hamburger (or stuffing, whatever comes first LOL) And, of course, how thick or thin you make your patties. I bake in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes, then pour the gravy over the patties and heat thru.. I never really times the last phase but I would say 10-20 minutes - just watch that your gravy doest burn. OOPS, I forgot, I use a jar of brown gravy, that is usually enough for a pound of hamburger. I normally serve with mashed pots and a veggie!

Smile Easy meals

((((( Frozen ))))
I don't know of any crock pot meals but I do have a few meals that you can put together in 10 minutes or so and eat in another 30 minutes Hint: my oldest can do these not that hard. Now here is a easy chicken recipe:
Chicken Suprise
---------------------
You will need:
13 x 9 pan
6-8 chicken thighs (thawed)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup or mushroom (if you like)
2 cans of mixed vegetables
1 can of milk (pour your milk into your soup can to use whatever is still left in the can of soup same as for the water)
1 can of water
Pre-Heat your oven at 350
-------------------------
Take your thawed chicken and place in your pan.
In a bowl, take the two cans of soup and add one cup of water and one of milk and blend well. Next, you will drain the two cans of mixed vegetables and add it to the soup which you will then pour over your chicken.
Bake for 30-45 minutes (dont let it burn-yuck)
Hint: You can serve this over rice or just with bread its' your choice. Good Luck!

TO DIE FOR SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

I am always asked to make this dip for parties and gatherings. It's always the first to go!! I serve it with tortilla chips but crackers or breadsticks are terrific too!!

1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts - drained and finely chopped

3 cloves minced garlic

1/2 cup mayonaise

2 (8 oz.) pkgs cream cheese - softened

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven tp 375. Lightly grease 7x11 baking dish (I have used loaf pan or 8x8 pan before too)

2. In bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Mix in artichoke hearts, spinach, parmesan cheese, garlic, and lemon juice. Spread evenly into baking dish.
(Note: I do add additional parmesan cheese on top once the dish is in the pan)

3. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake for additional 5-10 minutes until surface is lightly golden brown.

4. Serve and relish with DELIGHT!!

Smile candygirls reciepe

Hey candygirl,

I read this sometime back but didn't think much about it until now. But that reciepe is for "gooy butter" coffee cake. I've had that one for some years now. Of course what we make at home can not compete with what we get at the good ol' bakery.

But you are so right about how they taste. Ummmmmmmmmmm, ummmmmmmmm.
