Perspiration under breasts?

Here's a question I have never found the nerve to ask any of my women friends - What do you do to prevent perspiration under your breasts from becoming stinky?

I like to go bra-less as much as possible but I find that if I am working around home on a hot day, I perspire in the fold of my breasts and that can get raw and stinky by the end of the day. Baby power gust gets damp and gooey and I am reluctant to use deodorant there. It isn't always practical to wash multiple times each day.

Does anyone else have this problem? What do you do?
