2, 4, 6, 8... Who Do You Appreciate?
Is there someone in particular you really appreciate or who has an unparalleled ability to brighten your day, make you laugh, or whatever? Someone who has made you feel good or turned your life around?
It can be someone here on the boards, or someone from 3D life... Here on the boards, I appreciate Sabra, PoohsBigSister, gsf, brede, frozen6, nobeef, WillowWOW, HeartFelt... I can't remember everyone right now. In real life, I appreciate my family and especially my parents. We've become closer than ever over the past 2 years. Love 'em more than anything now. I also appreciate my step-grandma -- no matter how down I am feeling, she always puts a positive spin on things and makes me laugh, even when I have sworn life is so utterly shitty that I am not going to today, no matter what. She never has a bad thing to say about anyone (well, okay, maybe 0.01% of the time she does, but hey... nobody's perfect! ) Who do you appreciate?

Oooh, yeah. And Minty (even though she is *always* lobbing water balloons at me or trying to give me a wedgie) and TNTLOVERS and pennylynne.

Everyone on this board is making an impact on my life, as is my family (especially Greg and Pirate) and my Newfie friend.
When I was in my first year in college, a teacher had a tremendous impact. I felt so lost there; I had graduated high school early and I was used to small classes. I felt so alone. He was so kind and brought me a quote from Steppenwolf that described how he saw me. I still have it. Pirate's middle name is Wade; that was my teacher's name. Ex-hubbie still doesn't know where that name came from!

Moi lob water balloons????????? Nevah Hmmm let's see I appreciate lots of ppl. I appreciate a few people who have made Sallvie's life easier by being part of our family. Our extended family have no biological connection to us but they are always here and ready to support Sallvie's acheivements just as he was their own. I don't see my biological family as often as I would like so having some close friends Sallvie can consider family is a real blessing. I tell our extended "family" how much we appreciate them. Of course I appreciate my partner . Having Napa in my life seems so right.
OHHHHHHHHHHh I appreciate all my on line friends .. esp Wa who is a perfect target for my non waterballoons

The people I appreciate:
My son, for being the wonderful caring child he is. My hubby, he always puts everyones needs before his and never expects anything in return. He is helped me become strong inside, which has made me the person I am today. All the firefighters at our firehouse, for watching over each other and making sure that each and everyone of them come home from a fire. And for helping fire victims in their time of need.. All my friends, for everything they do and putting up with me. All the volunteers helping the Katrina victims, God Bless each and everyone of you! & last but not least, The wonderful people from WOW, for giving me the opportunity to learn and grow with them. THANKS EVERYONE! |

2, 4, 6, 8, Who do I appreciate. Good question! It's has multiple answers for different people affect us during our lifetime.
***Appreciate my family for the support they have given me. Even during trying times they would rally around. My love for them has grown and theirs for me. You can see it & feel it in the every day life things. ****Appreciate my wonderful friends that have touched my heart in so many many ways. ****Appreciate WOW and all the terrific people that make it work. Those shadows in the back ground. They are the reasons we can "chat" in WS and here on the boards. Amazingly some of us have chatted for 10yrs, some more, some less... Thanks to all who make it possible.

I appreciate all those who've helped point each of us in the paths we're meant to go and who then let us shine! And giving us the ability to then let others shine.

2-4-6-8 Who do we appreciate.
Going back to childhood... 2-4-6 -8 Mr Gould, Mr Gould open up the Marga Gates. ) They would close so everyone could go home for lunch. When he'd come to open the gates, he wondered how I could be in there.... Hahaha -- I climbed over the gate it was the only part that didn't have barbed wire. Such an angel
