I will start off...

2012 was a big year for me!
I started off 2012 by working at Flying J.. And when I asked for a raise, they decided to give me a nickle. Yep a nickle.. By By Flying J.
I was unemployed for two months until I found a job working at Gas America truck stop and a week after I started they turned into Speedway truck stop. It was okay at first, then went down hill.

For 9 months I poured my heart and soul into working there and didn't get anywhere. So I decided to leave. And although I miss the friends I made while working there, it was the best choice for me.

My boys have grown so much over the year, Joshua who is now 4, is writing his name, knows all his colors and shapes. And can count to 100 and is reading small books all by himslelf! He is so smart! His health has not been so great this year, in and out of the hospital and doctors offices.. Medicine on a daily basis. Next year baby, we hope you will not need them!

John Rilie who turned 6 this year, made the big jump from pre-school to kindergarten this year!! He amazes me on how well he has adapted to going to big boy school. He is brining home all A's. He loves school, he has his first lose tooth!!. And although he has had alot of problems with his ears this year, he has and still is giving 100%!

David Jr. is still having small issues with his ADHD, but with guidence and self control he is controling it the best he can. He has brought all his grades up from F's to B's.. I could not ask for more. Hard to believe my little premi baby turned 13 this year. We never thought he would make it to 1. I am so proud of him, keep it up baby, 2013 will bring big things for you!

Caleb who turned 19 yes Irish 19!! Has had a whirlwind of a year. He found himself in big boy jail for the first time. We thought it might teach him a lesson and he would change his ways. Unfortunatly, it didn't. He has made 2 more trips there. He tried to kill himself last month and ended up in a physc ward for a week. I pray that God lays his hand on him and helps him with his issues. As a parent, you are only able to do so much.. And I hope I have done enough by just being there to support him.

After being physically and mentally abused for years. I came to the descision to divorce back in June. And as hard of a choice as it was, it was the best for me and my boys. I will always love David, he gave me my 4 boys! For that I thank him..

In August I met the love of my life Kenny. I never thought I could love someone as much as I do him. He gives me those chills when I hear his voice.. He loves my boys (specially Joshua) and our boys love him. He doesn't want the boys to call him dad or daddy, he doesn't want to take that from David. He is okay with them calling him Kenny or BeBo as Joshua calls him. Kenny is a truck driver, he owns his own company and wants to marry me one day when I am ready. I honestly don't know if I will ever be ready. Through the months of us being together, we have grown closer and closer. If he don't call or text me, I worry.... He is my everything!

I just returned home after being in Indianapolis for 3 weeks of training for a managment postition here at a new truck stop. We opened the doors to the stop last Saturday, I love working for this company and look forward to being with it for many years.

I made it through the five year anniversay of my mommys' (self) passing! Everyone said time heals all and it will get easier. In some ways it does and in some ways it doesn't. I miss her everyday! Days I still cry.. Days I wait for her call. I know she is with me!

I celebrated 16 years with WOW!! Man I am getting old! The friends I have made here unbelieveable! The bonds that have formed.
You have seen my boys from birth to now. You have celebrated birthdays and holidays with them. You are their family as well..

2012 has made me stronger as a mother, a friend and a woman..
Bring it on 2013!

Love and hugs to all my WOW family!

Wow! Dacd you've had lots of ups and downs this pass year. Mine has been differant in some ways same old same old in others.

2012 say my youngest graduation from high school. So proud of both our girls! 2013 we hope to see both in Jr. college.

My oldest left her husband of 13 years and move in here for about 9 months. She left just after Thanksgiving to move to Ohio with a man she meant on line. Love her but hope she made the right choice. He seems like a nice guy.

My only son turned 36 and still seems to not to have found his way.

Next year I hope to move to warmer climate as all this cold weather has me in so much pain. However if the girls are in community college I guess we'll stay put but look for a first floor or house for rent. neither of us can keep doing all these stairs.

I wish you all a happy New Year and hope all your hopes and dreams come to pass.

Well lets see ok?

My youngest grandson died in January. The rift I had with my daughter prior to this got even bigger.
People I thought would never turn on me did. Left a big hole in my life. No longer a sister, friend or whatever. Spent many days and nights alone crying.

Thankfully found out who my real friends and family were. They helped me with food stuff, dog food and a job.

Husband had bought new house with his (our) 401k in January. But he came back when I did need help when I was brought low by pneumonia and staph infection on my birthday in July. He left again the second week of November. Leaving his Dad, who has prostate cancer, gout (now) and he is depressed.

My daughter and I have had a really good talk. She started it and told me she realizes that I had her best interests at heart all the time. It was good.

Informed said Family members you give me respect courtesy and etc I will give them to you. You do the opposite expect the same back.

Youngest son thought he was a man. Got drunk while doing drugs, got arrested for Drunk and disorderly conduct and terroristic threats against a cop and his family. He is sitting in Prison. I have visited him as recently as yesterday. He realizes who is there, who is doing what, and etc. So its good for now. Just have to wait to see what happens when he gets out.

Still have a few select friends and such who are there for me as I have been for them.

Able to help out another even by phone is rewarding. If all I get is a thank you that makes my day.

I just hope this year, that others will see what is what, know the truth finally, and realize who and what I really am. Thinking of moving whenever my Father In Law passes on. For his own son doesnt want to be bothered.(His own words in text to me)

Now I have a new job which I absolutely enjoy. I have no oil yet just a prayer that my water line doesnt freeze up.

Now going to keep moving forward by being happy and motivated to change my life.

Thanks to all of you for your support, Love and etc I am now stronger and happier. I have been here with WOW for 14 years. Look how much time flies. I love you all and hope to keep on Empowering, Enlightening, and Educating all of us so we do become Stronger.

Hugs and Much Love
Happy New Year!

Well isnt that why we come here? To bolster each other up when we are down? To help or listen or whatever is needed? Cause sometimes we just know right? LOL Although some days I do worry <WEG> then again I do have a warped sense of humor and etc right? LOL I know and its funny as heck ya'll love it. Or I think ya do Rofl So get up and Dance like that lady did in the airport. Who cares why? Just do and be happy! Imagine me dancing like a nut with you LOL Good visual huh? trust me I do all sorts of silly things Just a fair warning though I am on a roll! LOL

Btw talked to Travis the oldest who is still in the Navy for two and half hours the other night. It was so awesome. Ya see I have this figurine of his that sits by my tv. I was looking at it earlier in the day, hoping and wishing to hear from him that I actually said it out loud. And later on that night (thursday) I did and it was great. He says Merry Christmas Happy New Years and Hugs to all of you Kisses too

Yes is surely was. Went to see the youngest in Prison on Saturday. Passed on the message from older brother to little brother and it wasnt exactly nice to say the least. It was borderline on man to man! LOL Travis said if younger brother doesnt straighten up he would come home on leave just to kick his wee butt and leave him there. That he would be done with little brother ok? But to sweeten the pot so to say, Travis mentioned helping him out but he wants little brother to get his GED keep his nose clean and it will be a binding contract. So I guess that means the boys are doing their thing. But its great! Now little brother knows that Big brother does care. LOL

Have a great day! Hugs
