Prayer Requests
Well, there was no certain topic to put this in...so I made one.
My little sister had been trying to get pregnant for almost 4 years. They tried everything...hormones, fertility drugs, etc. They finally gave up and voila...a little over five months ago, they got pregnant!!!! Today, she is fully diallated, and going to deliver a very premature baby. They could do nothing to stop the labor as she was too far along. Please send up your prayers for them. I'd appreciate it ...and so would she. ((((((((((((ROOMIES)))))))))))))))))))

omg... that's so tough, and risky.
But rest assured: there are advances being made all the time in the field of neonatology, and more medical students are choosing to enter that as their specialization. I hope mother, father and baby are receiving good care, and I will be crossing my fingers and hoping for the best for all three. {{{ hugs }}}

You and your sister & family will certainly have my prayers.
Docs and hospitals are amazing today with their knowledge of premature babies and how to care for them. Pirate was a preemie (a giant preemie - 6.9lbs and 5 weeks early). The preemie section can be frightening all by itself with all the noise and machines attached to the tiny babes. Prayers are winging across the sky right now.

thank you all for your good wishes and prayers. My sister's baby was born at a little before noon today, a boy and passed away almost immediately - his lungs were not developed enough to breath yet... he was about 22 weeks. My sister and her husband are doing about as can be expected...please say some prayers for them now...
It's a hard month in our family anyway...we lost my grandmother last year on the 11th, and an uncle on the 29th... thanks ladies.... I appreciate it!

Wow, how heartbreaking!
I am not going to pretend that I understand what it's like -- I truly don't know the sorry of losing a child. I am really sorry, though. As always, I have ample hugs for you and I am also just a private message or an e-mail away. Don't be afraid to reach out if you need to. {{{ PoohsBigSister & family }}}

I am so sorry (((((PBS)))). Compassionate Friends is a good organization to contact. They provide tons of support to family members, especially mom and dad, when a baby dies. Did they name him? That's really important. In their minds, they didn't lose a just baby, but a full grown adult as well, because of all the dreams they had for his future.

((((((((( PoohsBigSister, her sister and family )))))))))))) My heart goes out to all. A special angel is now watching over them.
Sincerely hope your sister gets in touch with that group. If I could pass out strength to help her believe me I would. Extra hugs to all. Know that my prayers are added to all the others.

Since I'm not really sure I can find the right words, I'll just stretch out my arms really wide and ...
