I did not fall off the planet

I honestly didn't fall off planet earth. I'll try to make this as short as possible.

The day I officially moved to Olympia, Wa, August 5 my landlord.........aka shthead dropped by to tell me we had 30 days to move he had decided to sell the house. Soooooooo my one week vacation turned into a marathon of trying to find another place to live. Took two weeks, then we moved the third week and I think we've finally gotten settled. Then shthead tells me after we've moved he has decided not to sell and was going to rent the house again. Then I find out he did this to the previous occupents. As soon as I receive my deposit back, I'm reporting him to the Washington renters org and so are the previous renters.

I'm exhausted! I'm also working 215 to 1045pm which means chatting is only going to happen on weekends.

I'm feeling your pain. I am now fighting to get MY deposit back from my landlady who moved her daughter in! Gave us 14 days notice (4 more than the law required) to move out...ugh! we did it though and left the place clean...soooo.... now she won't pay up. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

((((((((((((PBS )))))))))))))))))) Check out the laws on that in your state. I know in MA they have 30 days to return your deposit. My landlady gave us ours the night we were moving out. I called we did the walk though to make sure everything was as it should be. It was she gave us our check then and there. It got deposited the same night

Check it out tenants have rights too. Find out what they are in your state.

Just letting all of you know I am still bouncing around. Just been cleaning up my house. Trying to get ahead so when the kids go back to school its not so taxing. Plus I am waiting to go see daughter when she graduates from boot camp. My daughter's bf, son and bf's Mom and I are going down on August 15 to my older sister's house in NC. Stay overnight then onto the Post where daughter is at. August 16 is Family day. We'll stay overnight at a hotel and graduation is August 17. I then will drive like a demon to get home. Since that is also a Pow Wow weekend. Lately just been working on my house. Plus keeping my commitment to myself on losing weight and working out. Otherwise, I get messages from Travis here and there. Youngest Son Lantz is having some issues which we are helping him with. Mainly about being lazy. LOL So I hope this lets you all know what is going on. By the way my birthday last week was not as I had hoped. So I hope all of you are doing well. Being happy and healthy in whatever you are doing.

Just wanted to drop in...I haven't been able to post a whole lot lately. Between going back to school full-time and dealing with several deaths in the family (5 over 13 months, if you include the dog and cat; otherwise, it's 3 over 8 months), I haven't been up to posting. Hopefully, I'll be on here a little more over the next month...
