Hi Nikki,
My Mom died in her 40's from cancer. I'm almost fatalistic now. If it happens, it happens. Sure, you can do all the right things like exercise, eat healthy foods, all that, but if it's your time, well.... My father has this older friend, Vic who would walk my Dad's apartment complex every day. Well, 3 years ago he told me that he was told that he had stomach cancer and the doctors wanted to operate. He said to them that he was in his 70's and would rather not go through all that. I saw him this year walking through the complex, and asked him why he was still around. He told me that the doctors said that the cancer just stopped. So, who knows? It's all in God's hands, I think.

Lost my brother & my mother to cancer both colon cancer. With my brother they didn't do colonoscopies back then. After he was hit by a car the cancer showed up a few weeks later. The autopsy revealed he had a tumor. With my mom she was in her 80's when they found it. We also have Parkinson's in the family. My oldest sister passed 5yrs ago from that.

Please make sure you get your ... Mammograms, colonoscopy, Pap smears, Keep up with your check ups. They have made advancements in the past 5 yrs. Don't be scared to get checked. I can tell you that the advancement in the colonoscopy exam has improved it 100%. Please Please get your check ups. It's important & it's a way of fighting cancer. Do it for yourself, do it for your health, do it for your family, your sanity. . Good luck. ..... No test is fun but they are necessary .... Like Nike JUST DO IT!

This worst disease ruin my cousins life and let him toward the death, I don't know why is this caught in young age male females. I learnt on a blog that it may cause if we do not do exercises or proper workout, green tea is also best to reduce cancer symptoms and to be away from this.

As Wolf_Angel said way up there.. Contact the American Cancer Society.. ck it on line. There are foods that help fight it. There are other things you can do. They will have a lot of info on line. Double check it though. Good luck & be sure to take care of yourself. They have come so far & yet not far enough to eradicate this horrendous desease.
One thing I would suggest is that keeping a positive attitude. A positive attitude helps fight a lot of things in life. Good luck.
