My normal breakfast, is 2 ounces of cheese and a breakfast bar.

Sometimes I'll have 2 eggos with a tablespoon of lite syrup, fruit and yogurt.. or

A banana slathered with honey and peanut butter rolled in a mixture of cinammon, pumpkin spice, wheatgerm and somekind of cereal. I'd have to look up the recipe.

I eat on the way to work so it has to be easy, lol.

I have no idea why I'm in charge of this piece of information, but -

You roll the damn banana in crushed Grape Nuts cereal.

I haven't ... cuz a bagel has more points than I want to eat for breakfast..but...I've heard it's yummy!!! do they have strawberry? That's my FAV!!

Breakfast is SOOOOO important to not overeating during the rest of the day!! just 3-4 little points gets me through and I find I eat less during the day if I eat breakfast than I do if I skip it!

Don't forget your multi vitamin as well!!

HUGS!

I cannot have heavy breakfast early morning. So i always prefer to have cornflakes or something else like egg with milk.

A healthy breakfast is necessary to get energy for whole day working.
A healthy breakfast must contains milk, apple, yogurt, bread, eggs, and fresh fruits juices.
