Tips to maintain the Healthy life
Do exercise daily,
Measure your progress, Drink plenty of water daily, Eat healthy and nutritious food only, Avoid fast and junk food, Stay active whole day, |

Well now that I have a job driving trucks that is sort of hard. Yet when I am home I usually walk over a mile or so. The rest is how I figured out how to lose the original sixty I did prior to getting diabetes. Nothing is working yet but have an appointment with an endocrinologist next month. Hoping for the best. Hugs

I m agree with the tips which are mentioned above.Diet and exercise is the core keys for healthy happy life.Now days people avoid exercise mostly which are harmful for us.That's why weight,fat problems are everywhere.One thing i want to add in this list which is never skip breakfast.

You should never skip breakfast or any major meal i.e. lunch. Just plan it out then it will be great.

The relax is how I realized out how to get rid of the unique 58 I did before getting diabetic issues. Nothing is operating yet but have an consultation with an endocrinologist next 30 days. Expecting for the best.
