Morning or evening

Seriously are you a morning or evening person?
Im a morning person I manage afternoons but by 9pm Im flagging and just yearning for my bed.
My OH is a night owl he really comes to life in the evening but hates mornings..
Hes just gone back to working days 7am-4pm after working a month of lates 4pm til midnight.
He had never worked a shift like that before but he found out that it really suited him. It just seems to fit his body clock.

Do you think we have different body clocks?
Or is it just a preference for lie ins or early nights?

cassandra, it makes sense since he was used to working a night shift that his body clock is still on that time frame...after awhile though with the new schedule he should conform to the new hours. If he works early in the morning, sooner or later he should start getting sleepy earlier in the evening.

I can be either or depending on my schedule...but I do like those days when I can sleep in a bit more...aaah!

I'm a morning and a night person. It's mid afternoon I have problems with. Maybe if I stopped burning the candle at both ends I would lose the afternoon "nodding dog" scenario.
