We were so very close, we two
but I had to let you go

No dimming eyes, no sleepless nights
you've left them all behind

I lost you many months ago,
and gained a broken heart
Yet I feel you close to me
although we are apart

Sometimes when I'm all alone,
I feel you by my side,
As if to try and comfort me,
through all the nights I've cried

I thought I saw you here today,
out the corner of my eye,
Felt a warm feeling on my skin,
heard the faintest sigh.

So wait for me at Rainbow Bridge
Until we meet once more
then we will walk together again
through Heaven's open door...

Hard to believe mom (self) has been gone a year this month. She is missed so much. Not a day goes without her being thought of. No tears of sorrow coming from my eyes. (So no need to worry) I am celebrating her life this month. That is the way she would have wanted it.

So on that note.. I am celebrating all of our WOW sisters who have gone to a better place.. Join me as I have a soda and a piece of chocolate and remember them. Starting with Rebecca.. Thanks Rebecca for this WONDERFUL site!!

How are you doing, daccie?

I just found out about 1/2 an hour ago that my 25 yo nephew died in his sleep last week of sleep apnea. His dad, my kid brother, died in March of last year...I've lost too many family members over the past 2 years. Life goes on...

I am so sorry to hear that mf.. Time will heal us all.
Things here are not so good, my grandfather fell 2 days ago and fractured his neck. He is in the hospital. So I have drove to Indianapolis 4 times this week.. Will be going back tomorrow morning to sit with him for a bit..

I sure hope you are okay hun.. Prayers sent your way.

Anytime is a sad time to lose family/ friends. Holiday time seems to intensify those emotions. For what it's worth there are extra hugs to go around. They are there whenever you need them. ((((((((((((((( a never empty bucket of hugs )))))))))))))))))) Along with good thoughts to help you though it all.

Or drop by to invite them to dinner.
Tell them what's going on.
Ask their opinion on situations we are facing.

wizmiz was one of the great roomies that chatted though the years in WS. Her warmth & humor will be sorely missed by her family & friends.
