I love Baking! What about you?
I don't believe I ever mentioned that I love to cook. I love making desserts. As a woman I love love chocolate.
I have open a little online bakeshop <G> Yep I did. http://www.CoveredinChocolate.etsy.com I have some totally awesome Truffles listed right now. Today I'm adding a chocolate covered line of mouth watering yummies! I would love to open up a school teaching folks cooking and have a small bakery connected to it. I've hidden this dream too long. I've ignored it to long not to let others know. Life is too short not to enjoy special dreams!

Well I guess since I announced that I had this hidden secret about my baking and my little shop of horrors...today when I went to my email covering my little yummies I got this strange email <G>.
was this Woman who OWNS this real store in town and she wants to carry my chocolate items! OMG OMG OMG my knee's are shaking. Do you all know what opporunity this is for me? Its like a dream coming true. Waves hands in front of face Wait calm down ... she may not like them if she tastes them LOL. OMG OMG I'm just so excited---- can you tell!!! This truly cheers me up this past month has been a bit of a bummer. Okay I got to put together a sampler box. She isn't asking for it I just want to make one up. She just wants my items! OMG OMG OMG

They are buying them!
Oaky meet with the owner of the shop. She is going to purchase products to sell along with the coffee part of shop, then carry some items to be sold in the gift section of shop (which sells gifts and flowers)
Wipes sweat off head and CHEERS!!!!!!! She loved my Orange Truffles, and two customers came in while we were talking I offered them a sample each and both of them 'rolled their eyes and swoon and said "OMG - OMG these are good". sooooo.....I'm a real live business person now LOL

Ummmmmmmmmm Love cheesecakes. Sometimes I get those little Stella Dora puffs, cut them in 1/2 ---- in a bowl I mix cream cheese, whipped cream~ either pineapples or strawberries... put them on 1/2 of the puff, then put the top back on, sprinkled powered sugar and drizzle the pineapple / strawberry on top.. It's easy and a great dessert to take when visiting. They are great individual desserts.They make big hit.

Napolitana . Have u checked out the kraft website(creamcheese.com) ? You may get some good baking ideas there. I'm sure you are a good bakers , btw
