As far as the boards go, it's usually fairly busy, though there have been times since I've joined that it goes through semi-quiet periods. These are usually fairly short-lived...

Unfortunately there are stupid people everywhere. It doesn't matter if you're in a chat room, reading forums, or talking to people face-to-face, there are stupid people all over the place. It's just a fact of life. Not one I like, but it is a fact.
