The Ladies Room
I was out with my boyfriend and another couple last week-end. When it came time for me to use the bathroom, my friend, Lisa went with me. I didn't think anything of it, but when we got back to our table, my bf asked why girls go the ladies room in pairs. I
didn't have a ready answer for him. So, I said that we don't always. He said we do a lot more than guys, and I agreed with that. I thought I'd throw his question out to you girls; so why do we? |

Hmm... maybe its a pack thing like wolves. So we can watch out for each other.
Or perhaps you have a pushy friend who can knock everyone out of the potty line and get in frist<weg>

Now what I find truely strange is when you have friends that go into the same stall togeher. Come on Its the potty for goodness sake!!!! Yes I've had friends that have done this. Just made me shake my head and wonder, granted I was a teen at the time. But we were at the mall. I wonder what everyone else in the bathroom at the mall thought?

Uni, I haven't shared the same stall. LOL But I have gone into "the little girls room" with my friends a lot over the years. For me, it's peeing, or changing my tampon, coming out of the stall, and fixing my make-up. And if my friend finishes around when I do, we'll have a little girltalk at the mirror. And guys are usually part of our conversation!

Rofl I've never shared a stall but like I said I had friends in high school who did. OIC we go in to gossup about the guys. That I've done. I still had some strange friends in hs. I realy don'y want to know why they did that. I have had a few friends have me hold their purse well they go potty. Don't blam them sooo many grems in those places.

Yeah, I don't care, Sophia. It's not a big deal, but I never thought about it until he brought it up. I don't go with a girlfriend as much now, because I have a boyfriend. But, before David, I'd ask one one of my friends if she had to pee because I wanted to ask her about a boy that I had my eye on. So, even though we both went in to pee, it was a chance to get her opinion in private. LOL!

lol...cute question. It is weird but us ladies like to be accompanied by a gf when going to the little girls room while out some where. I agree that it is to chat about the "boys" or compare make up or a chance to compliment each other for a little "lift"...That's my experience.
