Need advice on a family situation

I was wondering if anyone out there can help me with a bit of a dilema I am have as regards to my estranged father, his wife and my mother (his ex) who has spent most of my life putting him down. I am in my mid 40s

Just let them know that you dont want to hear that crap from them on him. That if he were to do it about them, you'd tell him the same thing. Hope this helps.
