I'm a crime tv junkie!

Hey everyone! I'm a newbie and i thought this would be an appropriate thread to start in the hobbies and leisure area.

I'm a HUGE fan of crime/justice type tv shows. I think i've decided that i like more of the reality type tv shows lately though. It must have spawned from my obsession with COPS. lol

My favorite tv station is court tv and i LOVE the Dominick Dunne shows. There's a new episode airing tomorrow night (well, tonight really "wednesday") about the case where a man avoided an arrest for the murder of his wife for years and years until he was finally caught. i'm really looking forward to watching it.

Anyway, i also love csi and nypd blue reruns and ton others really.
Any other true crime fans out there?

I like crime shows, too. Any of the Law and Order shows, Monk and medical/mystery are great. I like the ones that are real cases the best. I can't leave out the British mystery shows that you can see on PBS or BBC. Do you ever watch those?

CSI is one of the best shows on TV right now. I am getting tired of all the spin-offs going on. Where else can CSI go?

I like it, Magnus! (And nice to see you, btw )

I've always been a big Jeff Goldblum fan.

Still ***love*** Cold Case, and Law & Order SVU.

Pooh, I'm so glad to hear from you girl! Did you catch "Bones" the other night? It was awesome, one of them is a lesbian now! But I do love that show, they crack me up sometimes, and that guy who plays "sweets" is so pathetic but sweet in a way, lol. I got tired of "csi" when they fired two regulars for something. I do like Marg Helgenberger tho. But then I always loved her in "China beach" back then. I don't know if I told everyone I have a chance of adopting a 13 year old girl. We are getting to know each other, just met her for first time last week. Lots of odds and ends about her but I'm given six months to spend with her before deciding anything. Everyone whose reading this I hope you are all well and I've never forgotten you girls,I always loved the chats.

I watch the Judge shows during the day, love Cops and those police dogs. I wish my dogs behaved half as well as they do. At night I try to find a good movie, if not switch to HGTV. I now know how to build just about anything, but not the strength to do it (G) Also got some ideas of how to make things look better around the house without spending a hunk of money.

The one discourging thing about watching the home reno shows is how they insist you have to have tile and granite or your house just won't sell. Guess my house will never sell cause I can't afford either of them. However, I did find out something a couple of days ago that I am going to get something for the house that is gonna cost a hunk of change.... a new roof. When I get around to selling I can guarantee they won't get wet lololol

love the judge shows.. lol Like thelighter shows ex: Dancing With the Stars.
Animal planet when I remember it's on. ( and hubby & daughter aren't entrenched in House, Fringe, CSI ) although I can watch House, and CSI. Fringe bothers me. Love the back ground of MA though.
